Geri Hallisy No. I went from door-to-door in my neighborhood and asked people if they lost a cat and left notes on the doors of those that didn’t answer, and I’ve posted on the local humane society site and FB. He has a warm place to sleep outside and gets plenty of food/water. No one has responded to my posts.
