My husband and I took the dog to the vet. He now has all his shots. We did find out he has heartworms😒. We also took him to our groomer and she had to remove all his coat due to severe matting. He is safe right now. Very sweet and playful. My schnauzer and yorki and him get along well. We will post again once we get an update on treatment. If you all know of a program that can assist would be gteat however, we will still make sure he is cared for. No decision will be made until ample time has.passed given the owner time to claim.

Dennis Hall Thanks for the offer. The dog is not chipped and we are trying to see if our groomer can take him today l. The kennel is large. I only captured a portion of it. I hoped to post a updated photo soon. No financial assistance is needed. 💕

Sandra Acker My husband and I bathed him and clipped as much as we could without harming him. I will update Pawboost now that we know it is a male dog. We will take him yo our vet in the morning to see if he is chipped and not injured
