Message from Owner

Please help us find our baby boy booger! He escaped his cat carriage attached to my friends bike on the trek back to the beach after stopping at the McDonald’s on the corner of Beach and Indianapolis. He does not know the area as this was supposed to be just a fun day out to allow him to enjoy some fresh air and sunshine from what was expected to be the safety of his pet carriage. We are beyond brokenhearted that a fun day turned into our worst nightmare. If you see him, please help us get reunited! He is neutered and has a microchip!

Ask your local mailman if they've seen your kitty or if they can keep an eye out.

I'm so sorry about your kitty. Here are some tips that helped me find my little guy when he got out. My kitty got out in the middle of winter for 11 days. I put flyers out everywhere and some very nice friends of a friend of mine saw my flyers and said he was living under their outside stairs. Flyers work. Also I was told to go out at night when it's quiet and call your kitty calmly. They are scared when outside even if it's your voice they hear so shouting or calling loudly isn't recommended. Also using a flashlight while looking in garages and bushes helps. Cats eyes glow when a light beams on them. Shaking treat bags can help too. Don't do a litterbox that can attract dangerous animals that could hurt Kitty. You can do a piece of dirty laundry of yours that they can be attached too. One more thing also is to get a humane trap from a local shelter and put the smelliest food inside. Believe it or not KFC chicken has helped attract cats more than any food lol. Also cameras can help also to see if your baby comes around when you're not home. I wish you the best of luck and hope. 💜💜💜💜🍀

Call and visit your shelters and pounds. Someone could have picked your baby up. Also they can note that your kitty is missing and if she is turned in they will call you. It also doesn't hurt to call them often just in case.

Check in bushes and under cars near your home, and on the next street over, especially in the evening with a flashlight, calling out to him and making a familiar sound. Ask neighbors if they might have seen him, and when they last did and which direction he headed if they have. If they have security cameras, video footage would help. Ask them if he might be trapped in their garage or shed. Check websites of your local / county animal shelters for their recent acquired cats. They often have a section you can view their photos and details. It may be good to go there in person as well. I hope he is found🙏🏻
