Found in the parking lot in front of the gaylord hotel, a kind man found him while this dog went uo to his wondow, his impression was "oh this dog got loose" but ended up waiting for an hour with him until i showed up. I ended up taking him because he had no tags and didnt want him to be left alone. Definitely looks like he was dropped off on purpose:/ i doubt he would cross the trolley tracks by himself if he got loose.
