Description

Re-Post - STILL MISSING AS OF Dec 17, 2025: "I am hoping for a Christmas miracle! Please share and help me bring Little Gray. It has been over a month, and he seems to have just vanished. If you see him and are unable to contain him, PLEASE call Animal Control dispatch. Then, message me. If you have him, please return him – no questions asked. I see so many reunited posts, I am desperate for it to be my turn." Lost solid gray, long hair indoor cat in Farrcroft at Ridley Manor on Lake Smith, Virginia Beach, 23455, off Wesleyan Drive. He has been spotted several times in Belmeade, the neighborhood next door, also in Ridgley Manor as well as Cypress Point. His name is Little Gray and he is part Maine Coon and part Turkish Angora. He weighs 15lbs, is very smart, and extremely vocal. He is neutered and prone to anxiety, especially car rides, and will pant like a dog. He has on a purple flea collar and is microchipped. He darted out the door on 11/14 and has never been gone like this before. Please help me find him. I am devastated.

Debi Tate I hope I'm not giving false hope but this cat was seen on 11/8, most recent 12/9, but not the only sitings; this cat sets off camera on the side of 5304 Meadowside, almost to Heatherwood. We are at 5308 Meadowside. It doesn't set off our front or porch cameras so maybe it's spending time on the end of the porch?

Jan Purcell I just put flyers up in Cypress Point today. Someone spotted him on Pond Cypress Drive, which backs up to Ridgley Manor. I don't think I came down to Cypress Point North. I will make more flyers and be out there. Thanks for the information on the sighting. I really appreciate it.

I think you need some flyers up on Heatherwood/Meadowside; cypress point north. I have seen a cat late at night, on occasion, but cannot get a clear pic. The cat just looks big and dark. I thought it might be one of my neighbor's cats but it doesn't come from their side, nor return to their house. I will continue to keep an eye out for you.

Put an article of clothing with your scent on it on your porch. He should come to the familiar scent. Leave a window cracked nearby so that you can hear him. Cats often hide during the day and come out at night when they feel safer. Look for him in the dark, under bushes and vehicles. Ask neighbors to check sheds and garages in case he was accidentally closed in. Post pictures around the neighborhood and talk to neighbors. Put food and water on your porch, but stay close by in case other animals come for it and frighten him away. Don’t give up!! This could take some time. You could also try putting some food in a trap near your house in order to catch him. Good luck! I hope you get him home soon.
