Found/Stray Dog in Berkeley, CA 94709

Description

Black, white, and Grey spotted all over. Black around both eyes seperated by a white strip sprinkled with grey dots from forehead to bridge of nose. she has a spot ( almost looks like a heart ) on her left side and a black spot spread evenly over her bottom and top of tail. Her right side is white with speckles of black and grey little spots.

ATTN: I AM VERY LEERY TO POST ABOUT THIS DOG BECAUSE OF THE SITUATION IN WHICH I FOUND HER. I AM FEARFUL THAT WHOEVER MAY HAVE HAD HER MAY HAVE BEEN THE PERSON WHO BOUND HER. I DO NOT WANT TO SEE HER GO BACK INTO A BAD SITUATION IF THAT WAS THE CASE. THAT BEING SAID the owners of this sweet dog may be missing her and want her to come . ( Although I've been checking this and other places to see if anyone has posted a missing dog fitting her description and no one has.)At 4am on Sunday May 10th , 2026 I found this sweet little dog tied so tightly to a pole that she couldn't even stand up! She had on her harness and a collar and was tied to the pole with her leash. When I untied her she was timid (Not aggressive AT ALL!) She got into my car where I gave her some water . She drank the whole thing. She is a very sweet and loving dog. I have an old blind dog at ,who she was very gentle with. She sits on command and appeared to be well taken care of. She barks at strangers but will stop when told to. She's rambunctious and full of energy, but will calm down when told to. I pray whoever lost her is missing her and wants her back.
