Please help us find frank! He has gone missing. Indoor/outdoor unneutered male cat that normally doesn't stay gone long or go far. He has been missing since monday. Roscoe, IL. His collar fell off and we havent put a new on one yet so he isnt wearing one currently. I got him a Christmas present and am really hoping he will be to open it.
