This sweet girl seemed to be lost and roaming around. Before I drove of it had went into the grge of a hse so I am unsure if it belonged to them. There were three people in a nearby hse also trying to help her but she just kept running away. She did not look aggressive or anything just scared, lost, and thirsty.
