Was taking a drive through the Tacoma cemetery and at the very back of the cemetery there’s a cute little black Shih Tzu with a collar and tag, but was unable to catch him. He’s hugging the back wall of the cemetery up the hill and down the hill if you drive through the entire back area. Seems he can only be caught by his family who he looks like he’s looking for. The breed looks to be a black Shih Tzu and unknown gender.
