Karla Recio I’m wondering if its the same cat. I was able to get their phone number/address and they said they are out of town but would get him next Wednesday when they are back!

I was taking care of him for a little bit a couple weeks ago! He showed up in my balcony so i fed him for like 5 days. I took him to check if he’s chipped and they reached out to the owners but I never heard back from them. Glad to see he’s ok!

Do you have the chip number? Is it not registered to an owner? Try Microchip Hunters. Post to Chicago Northside Lost And Found Pets Post to the local Neighbors Ring app and the Nextdoor website.

Jasmin Smith I assume the vet tried to contact owner? I wouldn’t wait long at all if no one answered their call or got back to them. In fact, you might want to start reaching out to rescues now since it’s not an overnight thing anyway. Paws and claws (Evanston), heartland animal shelter (wheeling), feline friends Chicago or chicago cat rescue! Thank you for helping him! I just did this for a kitty that looks identical 😊
