Debby Wapner Something you can consider doing is going to a Facebook group called LA underground cat rescue net work. It’s a very large group. Ask if there are cat colony feeders in your area and if they had seen your cat show up to their cooling stations. Feeders are very savvy about what new cats are showing up at their feeding stations. Cats are very good at finding food when they’re hungry. You might not know about them close to you because they need to be kept discreet. Cans and paper plates piss off business owners and residence but more importantly encourages people to drop Cats off at the Area because they see there’s a feeder. So try that, post your picture on there and ask about feeders in your specific area. I hope this helps
