I found this beautiful girl in January and now I am following the legal steps since she is microchipped. She was in horrendous conditions when I found her, matted to the point where she was unable to see. Her collar was fresh and clean like it was just put on, when cutting her fur I noticed there were branches in the layers of her fur, which was confusing since her collar looked brand new.
