Mary Mervin - not a bunch of assumptions as you claim. As I said not using double leash technique is the most common way newly adopted/rescued dogs get lost so yes I assumed that from the way this post was made and once he commented with how it happened I have not commented except to your comments. And I will always speak up for animals. Stop creating drama, get off your soap box and stop making a mountain out of a mole hill. Good Day.

Barbara Rejon so you made a bunch of assumptions about something you knew nothing about and still decided to comment, and continue to comment.

Mary Mervin - since I didn’t know the whole story the post appeared to be like many many I have seen through the years of newly rescued/adopted dogs bolting when being taken to the vehicle or from the vehicle to the home so that’s why I commented about double leashing. I did not smear any rescue name since I don’t even know what rescue this person is affiliated with so calm the hell down. Also, like I said, I mentioned the double leashing for future rescue in case for some reason they did not already know about it. There was no mention in the post about the dog digging out etc. had that been in the post I wouldn’t even have commented but the way the post was made it just looked like the dog was just newly adopted and bolted from adopter which is why I also commented about the chip because I thought all newly adopted dogs were now chipped and they said no chip.
