Sighted in Weaverville, NC: Lost teenage male dog. Black coat with white chest, about 40-55 lbs. Grey/brown collar, no tags. In good shape, shiny coat, but skittish. Near Pleasant Grove Road and Forestwood Rd and has stayed in this area all day.
