Is your dog licensed? Spayed/neutered? Up to date on shots? Healthy with no other heath issues that need to be seen by a vet? If not, and if you don't care about that stuff, let her have the dog, and hope she does better, also, a collar and harness and leash work really well to keep pet with rightful owner.

You likely have a ton of pictures for proof of ownership. She will not. This is your proof. File a police report, then after, call the police to accompany you to retrieve your stolen dog. 😊
