It's been too long. I am sorry but if you haven't found him by 4-12-21, you may be unlikely to get him back. If he's chipped and whom ever has him takes him to a vet, you've got a chance.

If someone took him on purpose I wouldn't expect him to be let go. You unfortunately may have lost an expensive cat. I'm hoping you do get him back but don't count on it
