tan with a little white, white on his nose/face, seems a little older as his back legs shake, he's also got a small lump on his lower back, he's probably close to 30-ish pounds, has long legs

We found this pup at our local park wondering around without a leash or collar or anyone claiming him, he looks and seems like a senior dog. He's very gentle and calm, has white on his face and is tan. The park he was found at is called Veterans' Memorial Park in Passaic NJ, it's the one with the Boathouse cafe, this park also has a splash pad, and fountains.
