Otis was rescued on FM1283 near Laurel Canyon Ranch and few miles from HEB on Culebra five weeks ago. He has no chip but we did update his shots. Otis gets along with our two poodle mixes. He's shy at first but once he's comfortable he is loving, playful, smart, loves dog toys, treats and belly rubs. We want to find a loving for this sweet boy. There is a rehoming fee.
