Shepherd mix or other cattle dog breed with a blue collar. Didn’t see an ID. First seen at the corner of First and Grand.
Message from Finder
It was really thirsty, so we gave it some water. It ran away when we tried to leash it. It crossed Garfield as if heading to Story Park. We lost track of it after that. Someone said they had seen a picture of the same dog wandering around earlier this week, but it looks well-fed today, so maybe it keeps escaping or is eating food left outside by someone.
