Description
Small long hair tuxedo cat with one cloudy eye, the cat doesn’t seem too slim which made me think it could be lost.

A really shy little tuxedo cat unknown. The cat looks like it may have some skin issues and a growth or tick on its neck. I saw with it for a while and it was content being around us. I really hope it’s not a stray and someone’s pet.
