eatch for him with a flock of other parrots or something. I once found a lsot young parakeet hanging utside with a flock of pigeons? I never found the owner and I had fouor cats (one of my cats had taken an interst in this little yellow thing we called Woodstock) so I rehomed him with someone who eanted company for her parakeet and could let him fly around the room with the otehr one.
