This is Peluda she went missing around April 21st while I was out on a business trip in the care of my parents she never wanders far and always calls out when she wants to go back in, she is has a mostly black body beside her lower lip and chest plus her paw which are all white, she is 6years old she’s never been spayed never had a chip and has FIV as of April 28 I had seen a listing on with what looked like my cat but after calling the alleged shelter all I was told is that she WAS transferred to a rescue April 27th but no further information was given currently I’m waiting on a callback from the rescue but I was told they might not call back so now I’m hoping to make this post and hopefully someone who sees the listing of my cat or any similar cat can help me getting in contact with that shelter/rescue for further information my phone number is

Have you checked at Collin County Animal Services? Stray hold is only 5 days. They don't answer the phones.

So sorry kitty is missing. My indoor only cat got out during construction and was missing for a week. Post on Next Door. If chipped, report missing to the chip company and ensure they have up to date contact info for you. File a missing report with the shelter online. I read indoor cats usually only stray 5-10 houses so I went door to door in a radius around my house and asked neighbors if I could search their backyards and under sheds. I also handed them a flyer. I walked around at night calling my cat and shining a flashlight in bushes to try to spot eyes. I cracked my garage slightly and put a lot of dirty laundry i.e. dirty sheets and blankets which helps with a scent trail. A neighbor spotted my cat in the storm drain closest to my house. I never thought to look there. It took 3 days after knowing she was in there until she came out. I do not have Ring, so I bought cheap motion sensor cameras and set them up at both doors that sent motion alerts to my phone.Good tips here: www.catsinthebag.org Paws crossed you are reunited soon.
