Kim VanPelt yes, the good news is his collar tracker got connected and updated a couple of times since last Thursday - Fri night, 8/13-14, so we’re having a better idea where he is hiding. He’s still in our neighborhood. He’s in his survival mode now so the chance he’s coming to us is very slim. He’s very good at hiding so only the app located him near by, but we never could see him before he ran off again. We are working a tracker and a trapper to help narrowing down his areas and lure him into traps with scent stations and trail cameras. So far we have no luck yet but we are having some good progress. Thank you!

Lan Ly I'm so sorry! I hope you find him soon. Question, if he has a Tile on his collar, does that give you his location or approx location that you have an idea of where to look for him? If it puts you close to his location that you can see where he's been or something, hopefully that can help you to find him. If it's not exact to find him immediately, maybe that can help you to know where to put cameras and food out to see if you can see him passing by

Lost cat: If not back yet, perhaps can these tips be of help. Check with Animal Control/Animal Shelter in person, may need to be more than once. Put out some unlaundered clothing from his/her favorite person. Then, at dawn and dusk, when it is calm and quiet, go outside and softly call for him/her while carrying their favorite food. Do not call them if you see them. Assume a low position, blink slowly as that says “friendly, no threat”, and carry their favorite stinky food. Look in every nook and cranny inside, in pump houses, sheds, garages, play houses, and up in trees. If you have a garage, keep the door up 5-6” and put the cat bed inside about 4-5’. Also put some stinky food he likes in there. They usually stay close to home. Put up neon flyers with picture and contact info. Hope he/she is back soon!
