Jaspurr was last seen the afternoon of Wednesday, August 26th. We rescued him in March and he has been indoor-only since. We had a major plumbing emergency at the hse and are worried workers or cleaners let him out by mishap. Please help us find our sweet boy. 🖤

Thank you so much to everyone who has engaged and shared. No sign of Jaspurr this morning. We left out clothes and food and walked all over the yard last night and this morning. Left a message for animal control last night. We live near Middle River Road and South King Street, so if anyone happens to go walking in those areas, please let us know!

Check in with Animal Control. YES, even for cats. This is how I found my cat. He had been badly hurt by a car and the microchip did not work to find me, so I'm so glad I called them to see if there had been any accidents. Sure enough. The officer was very kind.

Go out late at night or pre-dawn when it's quiet. Call out name of kitty softly if kitty eats kibbles bring a bag and shake it. Kitty is probably close by check under bushes and under pouches. Don't give up, it may take several tries.. Good luck!

If you can, sit outside just before sun comes up and quietly call him and wait. They are usually hiding nearby.
