He has been coming around for a while , sometimes weeks would pass before I'd see him again so I assumed he had a and he just came to eat , he wouldn't let me touch him , but now he is looking rough , loss of hair and marks all over from fighting , and he came up to me rubbing his head on me asking for help. He needs his family really bad ,,I have a lot of cats and they run him off and are mean to him , so I have him inside , he doesn't like it at all though , but he is safe .
