Friendly dog however doesn’t trust easily. She has food and water on my porch. Can’t let her inside due to not knowing how she is with other dogs.

UPDATE: she is chipped, BUT all attempts to reach the owner haven’t worked. She won’t answer the phone. Her name is Isabelle Johnson and she lives in Charlotte NC. We are still trying though.

UPDATE, she is inside/ in a kennel with food and water. I’ll be having the animal shelter come get her tomorrow afternoon. I will update which shelter and when as soon as I can.
