Orange male cat, Black tracking collar with Bell, All 4 paws are white, Half of a white mouth/nose - looks like he has a bullseye on one side, darker orange color markings and a white patch on his chest walks with a limp because of leg surgery

This is my kids cat, he was a porch cat who roamed outside but recently had surgery on a back leg from some sort of mishap. My kids devastated, Please Share and CONTACT if you see him. He is super loving and may have a spot on his side where the fur isn't all grown in from a pin being removed. I have more Pictures If needed
