Not neutered and been missing 2 and half weeks he was supposed to be neutered 2 weeks ago. If you see him please try keep him in sight so I can come to collect him he is probably starving and dehydrated. Very timid normally and scared of any loud noises so may be hiding in bushes sheds or garages if you comment on this post with information check your message requests as I will definitely message you ☺️
