Found a female dog, seems to be a Chihuahua mix small to medium sized. Black with tan markings, found around 9pm between Crescent and Ruby St on Ave 65 in Highland Park. We'll be taking her to Pasadena Humane Society shelter on August 2, 2026 in the morning
