Get flyers up in area asap Only way to get sightings Actively search Get a thermal drone to help asap Put flyers in plastic page protectors where opening is at bottom so water doesnt get in Big picture of dog and phone number Put out in front of your house some of the dogs belongings (bed toys blanket) as well as owners dirty clothing for scent (include dirty socks) Ask neighbors to check outdoor cameras Go door to door with flyers

He’s been found safe and is very happy to be home with his owners.

Search for him around any nearby water sources, such as a creek, stream, or pond since lost dogs will look for a water source to survive. Hang up a couple items of the owners unwashed dirty clothing outside at least 4 to 5 feet above the ground so the wind can pass through the fabric and carry the scent. Dogs rely upon picking up their owners scent to find their way back home. Also try firing up an outdoor grill and slowly cooking bacon on it just 15 to 20 minutes at a time every two hours apart. Hungry dogs will often gravitate to the smell of grill smoke filling the air. Put that flyers on your street, surrounding streets, intersections, and one in Owner‘s front yard. Place the flyers in clear plastic sleeves, and attach them to brightly colored pieces of posterboard to draw attention to the flyers. Also give your mail carrier a copy of the flyer and ask them to be on the lookout for him. Notify the local animal shelter that he is lost and leave them your contact information in case he is brought there Sharing
