Tonya R Self or have them come out and check for a chip. There are so many germs in the shelter I saw on the news that they're not taking in any dogs right now.

Tonya R Self yes, I saw that. Unbelievable that they haven't contacted you. Maybe there's a language barrier? Their initial post was very confusing about the location.
