20 year old black and White hse cat - has a runny nose infection that she can’t shift

My poor old cat must have ran out last night when I was taking the bins out - typically she would just wait at the door to get back in - even if this happens over night (which hasn’t in serval years). She never really leaves the garden anymore but she is nowhere to be found this morning upon realising she had been out over night. We are worried sick we have had her for 2 decades since her birth and she needs a lot of TLC throughout the day.
