Message from Owner

Ferdinand followed my husband and children to the store and I didn't know he had gotten out. When they came out of the store, he was gone, they figured he would run back (we live on the street right behind the store) but we haven't seen him since. If you have found him, please return him. He is a beloved pet.

Taylor Howardif you're referring to the cat posted in the comments below, unfortunately that is not him. He has white boots on all his feet and more white in his fur. Thank you for checking though.

Ellen Baer we've been trying that. Put up posters, went walking calling for him during the day and at night. He wasn't chipped, I was of work for a year because I gave birth, and I took him in from a friend as a foster, but ended up deciding to keep him. I just started work today, was going to chip him with my first check. :( I think someone grabbed him as he wasn't far from home.

Suzan Reynoldswe've put up flyers near the store, we went walking twice so far calling for him. Once was at night. I'm at work until the evening, but I'll go again when I get home. I think someone grabbed him. He wasn't far from home.

General Information: Hang clothes with your scent on it high up outside so the familiar scent can travel and guide the cat back home. Ask your neighbors to check their yard/could be accidently stuck in their garage or shed. (If applicable) Check doorbell or home camera - or ask neighbors to check their camera. Post Fliers with a picture of the cat and your contact information in the area the cat went missing. Not everyone is on Social Media and posters have worked in that if spotted a location can be provided. If a cat is scared they make themselves safe by finding a good hiding spot and often times hide in silence. Look in bushes - bring a flashlight and look for shining eyes. Best time to find your cat is in the early morning hours when the noise level is low and they feel safe. Leave an access point open for the cat to return. This is important if they do come back in the middle of the night. Prayers your cat returns/ or is found safely.

Go out with an open can of tuna or fav cat food calling for him day/night until found. Put up posters locally and pass others out to neighbors telling them to keep until found. You can also hire a drone company to help find him. Offering a reward may help. Chipped?
