SIGHTED COULD NOT CATCH -dog was running down Catamaran Drive in Windswept subdivision (28412) Sun eve 6/28 740pm. Heading towards River Oaks subdivision. I could not get it to stop or come to me. Last saw around 540 & 541 Catamaran. Ran between 2 hses heading towards the back pond area.
