If you see her again today and if she is friendly enough, can you safely secure her in a carrier and call Surrey Animal Services for pick up at 604-591-4370.

Especially since she’s pregnant can you either catch her and take her to a rescue or call a rescue to catch her. She may otherwise have her kittens outside and they will not all survive
