Post some ads up around the area rewards always helps go out walking the neighborhood, knocking on doors ask your local neighbors to check their garages sheds under decks under vehicles behind bushes go out walking the neighborhood several times during the day and several times late at night a treat bag calling for your cat sometimes they get scared they will hide. They usually come home between the hours of 12 AM and 7 AM when it’s very quiet outside keep your eyes and ears open prayers keep a window open or a garage door sometimes they return home and try to get back into the house check with local veterinarians check with local animal shelter and Humane Society. You must let them know you lost your cat just in case somebody finds it post some ads on local lost and found pet sites such as neighbors next door and craigslist and for the love of Louie and paws Boost and Kent County lost and found pets. You can also try putting your cats bed, blanket toys, and some of your dirty clothing from inside the house. Do not wash these items such as T-shirt, sweaters, blankets sheets, put these items out on your porch. Keep your eyes open animals have a great sense of smile change outside items every couple of days this works great for cats and dogs. This work for me and my cats several times over the years and about five months ago, my cat got out of the house. I put his vet out on my porch about midnight. I turned the porch light on to see if I could find him he was laying in his bed on my front porch, this works great prayers.
