😭Please don’t wait…..
Repost on Nextdoor(.com)as an Urgent Alert, also petfbi(.org)and www.LostDogsFlorida(.org)
* Notify 311 or 211 press # or your local county animal services and your Vet, 24 hour Emergency Vets, leave flyers at shelters, pet stores, dog parks, schools.
* Call out expressions pet responds to, like “Treat!” or “Go for a ride!”
* Leave pet’s bedding, or clothing with your scent by location pet left from (dirty socks,
t-shirts, pajamas and pillow cases work well)
* Leave food/water and crate at last seen location with a lost sign.
* If practical, leave doors open to house, especially doors pet is used to going in and out of.
* Recruit neighbors and friends to search by car, foot or bike
* Tell people not to chase
* If you have 2nd pet take with you to search.
* Carry leash, treats and flyers/photo of pet to show people
