11-year-old Ragdoll cat with seal mitted colouring. He has a distinctive white mark down his nose to his left lip. Currently, he has been clipped for hygiene purposes and will look short-haired rather than long-haired as is traditional for the Ragdoll breed.

At 2:50am, Syrus walked up to our front door. He was initially a little skittish, but then walked straight into the hse, following Clare in. 🥹❤️ We are so incredibly grateful to everyone who shared our posts, searched, offered suggestions, kept an eye out and supported us while he was missing. We truly couldn’t have asked for a more caring community. We are beyond happy and relieved to have our boy home. ❤️🐾

If an inside cat escapes, it’s generally accepted that it will go no further than eight houses on either side of your home. Wait till it’s dark and quiet take a torch and shine under the bushes. The light should reflect from its eyes. Hope you have a happy outcome💜

They are known to us and are a close friend who Syrus knows well and is comfortable with. They had also lived with us and Syrus previously, so he was very familiar with them. They are absolutely devastated by what has happened and have been helping us ever since Syrus went missing, including completing late-night walks, speaking with neighbours and leaving items with our scent outside for him while we were overseas.
