Cowan Rd/Hwy 92/Main Street are in Cobb County but also borderline to Bartow County and Cherokee counties. Your post has been shared to these Bartow and Cherokee County lost and found pet Facebook groups. I have included a link to complete the online lost pet form on the Cherokee County Animal Shelter website - see below. Unfortunately Bartow County Animal Shelter is not public friendly please check the Bartow County Animal Shelter IN PERSON daily and suggest putting a flyer/notice on the bulletin board in their lobby in case someone sees your dog. Jessica Benes Please see the information below to help with a search for your dog: *It’s very important in the search for your dog to put up neon lost dog signs in the area that they went missing as soon as possible. Someone may see your dog and not know how to contact you. Plus not everyone is on a social media pet site. *Please complete the online lost pet form on the Cobb County Animal Shelter website in case someone finds them - see link below. Please be sure to check the animal shelter IN PERSON frequently. *Suggest putting out worn/dirty clothes with your scent outside to leave a scent to follow home. *Suggest asking neighbors to check their Ring cameras for any sightings *If your dog is microchipped, please notify the microchip company that your dog is missing and also check to be sure your contact info is current. If it’s with Save the Life please be advised this company went out of business 1/2025 and your dog’s microchip is now unregistered. *Recommend posting on NextDoor **PLEASE be aware of scammers !!
