This dog has roamed up and tried to go after my Pomeranian. Luckily, I got mine in the hse safely. But whoever’s dog this is I need you to get him so My dog is not at risk in my yard! I don’t believe he’s vicious, but I’m not taking a chance of him getting a hold of my dog! He has a blue harness with a training collar on him. Number on his tag, I can not get a hold of.
