This morning around 9am, I put my dog outside with his harness, his leash that’s connected to my hse that cannot be taken off unless you literally do it with your fingers, and of course left some food & water out for him to run to Walmart (yes, he has a dog hse under the stairs hence the leash being tied to the stairs) I come back around 11am & I find that not only is Pappa missing, but the leash that’s connected to the stairs AND HIS FOOD is gone. He was not lost, he was stolen. Please I need anybody’s help!! The police have been notified.
