No they just feed the cat scraps from the restaurant and I guess they feel like is doing enough. But from the time I heard about his sad story I couldn't just let him there without trying to get him/her a better life.

Hi Jodi , The restaurant that the cat is around and frequently is spotted is Enzo New York Square restaurant (802 N Bridge St, Elkton, MD 21921) . My husband inquired if the cat belo get to.anyone and that is how he learned about him and that he has been there for almost 8 years ever since his owner passed away. I live in Media, PA and my husband is not always working from the MD location for his job so it is hard to see when the cat is there or to set eyes on them. Please let me know if you are able to see him around there and if you are able to successfully trap them. I will gladly help pay for their vetting and for them to be fostered until they are able to find a forever home. Please feel free to reach out. My cell is 267-319-2267 . Thanks for offering to help. No I cannot capture and vet unless I know someone with a loving home would be willing to take her in. I am not concerned with the vetting part. I can pay out of my pocket to get her checked up and see if the poor baby has any health issues. It seems like the area where they have been living for the last 8 years they try and look.out for them ,but I can't help but think as they are getting older thay they would want to know one last time before they leave this earth what it feels like to be safe, warm, fed and above all.... loved. The fact that after 8 years the poor thing is still just waiting for their deceased owner to return breaks my heart, and I will do whatever I can to try and help this baby have a better life. 💗
