Did you check shelters? I would check them all the euthanized dogs. Some do it everyday. Check BARC and Harris county Pets Houston In case some one has picked the dog up please check the Dallas shelter and any other shelters. Do not wait I network the dogs. I am looking on their pages to see if this dog has come up.

Look through petfinder it animals shelter in Texas, and Harris County animal shelter and Barc shelter spca. Montgomery County animal shelter too
