Pat Provencher thank u so much its fi nano. His chip is registered to my mom judy russell. I called all the vets nearby, i contacted the original place he got the chip. I contacted rescues in the area snd shelters. My brother and a lady who has done TNR in his neighborhood are looking for him. Trap and camera are set. Im sick, I rescurd Benson from a horrible situation in Texas.. this just adds to what he has gone through. Poor baby

Kimberly Mueller no, I was just letting them know. If your pet is chipped, notify the chip company and make sure your information is up to date and report missing.

Kristine Anderson we are doing that now getting trap set thsnks tonan amazing person in that area. Ive alerted all shelters nearby and local rescues. He does have a chip. I keep prayinh thank u.

Live trap as soon as possible covered with a blanket that has his scent on it. With the temperature it must be monitored often preferably with a trail cam. Here are some other tips I like to share. They are usually closer than you think and scared/hiding (unless not fixed). It can be over a week before they venture out for food. Don’t rely on neighbors seeing your missing kitty posts. *Live traps work well but must be monitored often. Talk to all neighbors and physically check yourself all surrounding sheds, garages, under bushes and decks (5 house radius). Give your mail carrier a pic with phone # on it. Check and post on Nextdoor, PawBoost, PETFBI, and Petco Love Lost. If they come back, chip and clip if not already done. 🐱
