Betty Marlene Jean , can you tell me how to retrain a 15 year old cat? I would love to have him as an indoor cat. I worry myself sick every time he goes out. He goes crazy when he isn't let out. He scratches the door up and jumps on me over and over, meowing his head off. Then he starts nipping at me. How do I stop him?

Betty Marlene Jean , he comes and goes 10 times a day. He comes home when he wants shelter. I am his third caregiver ,he has been an outside cat for 14 years. Do not take in a cat that is not yours. I have been outside searching for him since 11 am. I was worried sick. Found him locked in an empty house.

This cat is Mow Mow. He has a home and is cared for , and deeply loved. He is almost 15 and has always been an outside cat. I am his third caregiver that I am aware of, and he always comes home. I found him tonight locked in a home where the tenant is in the process of moving out . Please allow this old boy his freedom in his last days. If you see him on the street, pet him and let him be. I will tear up the city to bring him home if he is away too long.
