If somebody says this is their lost pet, ask for proof of ownership. Fighting groups will send cute kids with believable "moms" and pay them to pick up this pup and she will end up torn apart to train fighting dogs. A true pet owner will have tons of photos, vet records, or adoption contract/receipts. Meet them at their veterinary office to confirm pet ownership. Or take the pet to your local Humane Society and they will request proof of ownership.

This is my beautiful girl Jolene I miss her so much and I will feel no peace until we are reunited, I am so happy somebody found her and I will reward whoever reconnects us as best as I can

Be sure to file a found report with humane society. Make owner show proof of ownership with pictures and veterinary records
