I found this post saying the dog was seen dumped from a car at the park. So I would find a foster.

I spoke with Waco Animal Control this morning. They are sending someone out to check if he is still there.

Called animal control and left voicemail. He is hanging out at 1939 Madera Street.

I was not able to catch or secure him as he is too skittish. I left food and water and stopped by with more water again today (Sunday). The park ranger at Buena Vista said they will keep an eye on him and give him water until Animal control can pick him up. I left voicemail for them and will call them again Monday morning.
