Psimone Smith Hi, I am sorry, I am not the owner of, but family friend, was helping them here and there I didn’t notice something for sure, definitely almonds, chips, anything that he can holds and not like it’s wet or anything like it He ran from owners brother, he was sitting on his hand/arm and as soon as Malik opened the door he took off We were looking same day, next day They are very worried and afraid for him I do believe there is some $ as thank you for helping us to find him, so please 🙏, by all means, it’s literally as son for them

I live in Los Gaviotas and there are a lot of places he could be. I’ll keep an eye out for him but knowing his name or favorite things would help to coax him in if seen.

Posted on Lost and Found birds of the US. https://www.facebook.com/share/p/14ndBvPQhJA/?mibextid=wwXIfr We are so sorry to hear your bird is missing. Here are some ideas to assist in your search. *Create a post on Pawboost, NextDoor & Ring, if you haven’t already. *During the daytime: use a wireless Bluetooth speaker to broadcast flock calls or your voice, shake treat bags or anything that might attract attention to food, put the cage out where it can be seen. *During the evening when searching is over, design & print off flyers with photo & contact information. These can be encased in a ziplock to keep weatherproof & posted in areas where allowed like parks, poles & any nearby gathering areas. Also drop off some at vet clinics, pet supply stores, anything within a 5 mile radius. Contact local shelters/rescues & even the police dept - they do pick up found/stray pets all the time. Make sure the world knows - neighbors esp ones that have bird feeders/baths/pools. Hand them out while searching the area. Join every local social media group there is. Run an ad in your local newspaper - some run one for free in lost & found (or cheap). Also check with local bird watcher groups - they’re always out & about. Flyers cannot be placed in mailboxes. *PLEASE CHECK WITH LOCAL ANIMAL SHELTERS & FILE A MISSING PET REPORT*
