Shared. BEWARE SCAMMERS. YES, get to a Vet. Also contact Groomers n Hopefully they recognize. Probably lives in that area. Notify pounds that you have it in case owners look there. DO VERIFY OWNERSHIP !!!!!

Poor thing. You can get it to a vet and check for a microchip, but also check with all the local vets, because one of them did something to result in that cone.
