Intact male. Black lab/pit mix. Small amount of white on chest and toes

. Keeps going back to the hse @ address listed and won’t let me go up to front door. Was running along 61st Ave NE. Not sure if him staying at the hse means that’s where he lives, but he keeps wandering back out into the street. Too nervous to attempt getting a slip lead on him without him bolting.
